If your player suffersfrom dehydration

it’s like you’re not even there.

When athletes are dehydrated they lack the ability to perform and may lose focus. So all the hard work during

practice becomes as effective as standing at the plate without a bat. Gatorade is formulated

with sodium, potassium and carbs to replenish athletes and rehydrate them in a way water can’t.

Risk dehydration and you might as well let athletes coach themselves.

With the three-wheel design, the hitter never loses sight of the ball

No cumbersome adjustments!!

Now you can have it all with the NEW Hack Attack!!

Better than a two-wheel machine for vision. Hack Attack has a three wheel design, the hitter never loses sight of the ball.

Better than an arm machine for a sense of timing. It’s almost human; life-like ball release follows the path of the pitcher’s arm, giving the hitter a realistic sense of timing and location.

Better than an arm machine for a variety of pitches thrown. The throwing head stays in place requiring only the changing of the speed of the wheels to throw any series of breaking pitches with extreme accuracy and speed.

Better than a two-wheel machine in ease of operation.

Moving to fungo work takes only seconds; pivots instantly for fl yballs, line drives, grounders and pop-ups

Sports Attack creates professional performance using 35 years of pitching machine design experience. If you want to be the best next season…buy the best.

YOUR ULTIMATE SPORTS TURF TOP DRESSER

The Mete-R-Matic® XL makestop dressing simple and fast

The new Mete-R-Matic XL, specifically designed for

sports turf, features the same technologies that made

the Mete-R-Matic III the leading top

dresser on turf. The patented Chevron

belt allows you to accurately and

evenly distribute material, regardless

of moisture content. The ground drive

system assures that your material will

be spread evenly, regardless of vehicle

speed. Plus, the XL features a larger, 2.25 cubic

yard hopper so you get the job done fast. For more

information, a demo, or to learn

more about top dressing, call

1-800-679-8201.

METE-R-MATIC XL: FIELD STRATEGYThe Mete-R-Matic XL is specifically designed for sportsturf application. The greater capacity hopper allows it tomake four full passes (up and down) across a football field,so you end up at the loading end—right where you started. This saves wasted time driving across the field to reload, increasing your efficiency.

THERE ARE TWO KINDS OF BATS:

THE KIND WITH FLEXIBLE HANDLES,AND THE KIND WINNING ALL

THE CHAMPIONSHIPS.LATELY, MANY BAT MAKERS HAVE BEEN PUSHING BATS WITH FLEXIBLE, “WHIPPY” HANDLES.

Fortunately for baseball, some people aren’t buying the hype. Like 6 of the last 7 national college

champions. And 12 of the last 14 teams in the championship game.

The fact is, a flexible handle actually reduces performance for most players. That’s because it flexes

just when you don’t want it to – while the ball is in contact with the bat.

Optimum performance comes from a stiff handle

combined with a flexible barrel for maximum

trampoline effect. That’s the time-tested

Louisville Slugger bat design – a design that

has helped teams like Cal State Fullerton,

Texas and Rice to win championship after

championship.

Swing both types and see for yourself. You’ll

soon understand why America’s top teams go with

the proven, stiff-handled bats of Louisville Slugger.

Coach Tholen says, “The Bunt Zone Infi eld Protector is an exciting baseball teaching aid that will help batters learn the lost art of bunting. Visualization is the key. We coaches tell batters where to bunt, but not everybody responds to verbal instruction. With Bunt Zone Protectors, players can see exactly WHERE to bunt suc-cessfully. It gives immediate feedback with no coaching help needed. And best of all, it s built into a tough mesh infi eld turf protector that we can use everyday at practice. This is a perma-

nent, always-on training system, not like the cones and other gadgets we ve used occasionally. The Bunt Zone Infi eld Protector can improve bunting skills at all levels of baseball.” Harry Tholen, Head Baseball Coach Santa Fe Community Col-lege, Gainesville, FL, President NJCAA Baseball Coaches Assn., NJCAA Baseball Hall of Fame Inductee, ABCA Director
