Claire started her career as a consultant in a Big 4 Consulting firm. During a facilitation of a large change project at a large Belgian company, she gave more than thirty trainings all over Belgium. She also gave internal trainings to Business Analysts as part of their consultant training and she was also responsible for the Revere Mentorship Program where she acted as a mentor for directors and partners in the use of Social Media within the Consulting sector. Looking for more entrepreneurship and industry focus, Claire started working at Benthurst & Co. She started to facilitate strategic workshops and presentations at clients at different levels in the organisation, including management teams. As part of her job, she also started with coaching. She immediately got a taste of coaching and decided to combine this with consulting, convinced that applying her coaching attitude in client settings would definitely benefit her clients and it still does. With 6 years of experience in the consulting world, Claire is very familiar with the ins and outs of organizations in a variety of sectors such as the financial sector, construction sector, the postal sector and the retail sector. She has extensive experience in providing training, workshops and presentations to small and large groups. As a business coach, Claire is an energetic woman who can bring the necessary freshness to the table and so invites her clients to view their reality from a different perspective so that they come up with new answers to their career questions. She adopts an empathic attitude and she dares to challenge her clients to get started with their objectives. She chose to go for her passion at a young age: inspire people to become the best version of themselves. Claire graduated from the Vlerick Business School with a Master in General Management. She also holds a master’s degree in Commercial Sciences with a major in Finance and Risk. Claire also regularly attends coaching trainings to further develop her coaching and training skills.
