For years, I have struggled every day to remain active in my
career and socially, despite having to contend with an atypical

Go to Register for Camp and fill out all information, click submit.
Can someone teach me how to use the equipment? Our fitness staff is
available to answer most questions regarding the use of our
equipment. For specific instruction and one on one training contact
our personal training department for assistance. What do I need to
bring to the fitness camp to work out? Bring a water bottle and an
exercise mat and a towel. Well take care of the rest. I have never
taken group exercise before, how do I start? Just show up! Class
schedules are available online and at your local club. Our classes
are taught with all fitness levels in mind. Feel free to go at your
own pace or challenge yourself to a great workout. How long are the
personal training sessions? Personal training sessions are
