• Comfort Air Systems Fze is The HVAC specialist company involved in Design n build , Consultancy, modernization and special HVAC projects .• The company started operations in 2002, and since then has involved in diverse projects and getting repeat orders from same clients which shows our professionalism • Comfort Air Systems Fze serves the HVAC market in the Middle East , India and Afghanistan.• The company also provides special services in the energy recovery field by designing and building energy recovery equipment with complete selection software developed in house.• The company believes in designing projects with energy efficiency and sustainability as the prime objectives • Apart from the standard Hvac projects such as DX, Chilled water and district cooling , specialized projects such as Clean rooms , CFD analysis, acoustic studies, industrial pressurization sys, dust collection sys are also undertaken.• Some of our projects include Jashanmal warehouse, Alphamed , Al Khaleejsugar, Carrefour hypermarkets, Rulers court Dubai, National refreshments co. Modernization n monitoring of systemsComfort Air Systems Fze also does system modernization for existing old projects which need

retrofitting and modernization such as:

1. Incorporating vav’s in existing ducted sys for individual controls.

2. Stand alone systems like chillers could be converted to monitoring systems where all the parameters of the system are monitored remotely, and diagnostic action could be taken immediately to prevent any losses in the low temp refrigeration systems.

3. Energy efficiency audits of old projects.

4. Improvising existing chilled water systems energy efficiency by analyzing the existing parameters, comparing them with benchmarks and making necessary changes.


Special projects

Energy recoveryWarm, humid cooling climates are defined as climates where one or both of the following conditions occur: (1) a 67°F or higher wet-bulb temperature for 3000 or more hours during the warmest six consecutive months of the year; (2) a 73°F or higher wet-bulb temperature for 1500 or more hours during the warmest six consecutive months of the year.Depending on local experience with moisture problems, humid-climate design criteria may also be desirable in locations that do not quite meet the foregoing conditions.In warm, humid climates ventilation is counter-productive, and dehumidification by air conditioning or other means is the most practical means of moisture removal from the conditioned space.

Clean roomsHVAC application for special requirements such as juice filling plants , pharmaceuticals , health care facilities etc. The systems are designed for different classes from class 1000 to class 100000as per the project . The picture shows a class 10000 system executedon a design-n build basis for Pepsi plant at M/s. National refreshments Co., Dubai.

CFD analysis

CFD analysis for projects to analyse different parameters to ensure that the results obtained are in line with the original design parameters and any discrepancy is analyzed in order to take the necessary corrective action.

Industrial Ventilation

Dust collection systems

For pharmaceutical companies where dust is generated at the tablating machines, the dust is collected through a specially designed hood and routed through ducting into a bag type dust collector. The dust must me non-hygroscopic in nature in order to maintain the bag

filter efficiency.

Evaporative cooling systems

These systems are suitable for dry climates where the air is cooled with the wet bulb potential of the air, wherein the sys follows the constant wet bulb adibatic process and is cooled near to the saturation line depending on the system efficiecy.

Energy recovery

Heat pipes are very effective heat transfer devices and are used extensively in air conditioning applications. They can be used as re-heaters in fresh air handling units thereby giving tremendous energy savings by reducing the size of the re-heaters or eliminating them completely.As shown in the diagram above the first leg of the heat pipe gives free pre-cooling and the second leg re-heats the air coming out from the cooling coil.Heat pipes are very effective de-humidifiers and are used in applications such as swimming pools to effectively control the humidity.Another application is for energy recovery from the cold exhaust air and cooling the hot incoming fresh air.Thus the heat pipes gives savings in the pre-cool section and the re-heat section.Because of the pre-cool section the load on the compressor reduces and the re-heat section helps in eliminating the re-heaters.
