Insert from ScenarioAppend a Scenario to the current project. Adds the Scenario as a rollup in the WBS tree.
Both the above have options to load from two different sources:
From File: Opens the Scenario Search dialog which helps you search from files on the computer
From Database: Load scenarios from a database

Work Element Cost Contribution
Identify Drivers
Visually Show which elements drive cost the most.
Pinpoint Focus
On areas that can have the greatest impact in cost reduction efforts. Once key work elements are identified, drill down to the Operation Analysis Chart for the next level of review.
Cost Contribution Summary
Pairs with the Cost Contribution Summary report, highlighting the highest cost contributors.
11
Operation Analysis
Process Area Drivers
Visually Show which process areas within an element drive cost the most.
Pinpoint Focus
On areas that can have the greatest impact in cost reduction efforts. Once process areas are identified, drill down into the Operation Details for more insight.
Cost Contribution Summary
Pairs with the Aero Details or Detail Analysis report, highlighting the greatest cost contributors.
12
Operation Details
Identify Drivers
Visually Show which process step (machining operation, drill operation, ply placement, etc) carry the greatest labor.
Pinpoint Focus
Often work elements required multiple operations to complete the final manufactured part, such as machining operations, or composite layup operations.
Operation Details Report
Pairs with the new operation details report.
Purchased Parts
Purchased Parts Work Element
Updated the Work Element to include risk analysis
(least-likely-most inputs)
13
Add up to 50 purchased parts per work
element
