comprehensive student support, the program seeks to increase
retention among students who might not otherwise complete their
degree.

• Student Success Goal: The demands of Colorado businesses and communities shall be met through the development of a highly skilled workforce.
• Student Success Goal: Colorado students shall have seamless opportunities to transition from high school into college and from two-year institutions into four-year institutions.

WHO are we serving?
At-risk, low income, first generation, and minority students who face obstacles in completing postsecondary education
• A.A.S. and A.G.S. degree students who have limited transfer options to baccalaureate granting institutions
• A.A. and A.S. degree students who benefit from intensive support services

Strategies for Seamless Transitions:
1. Career & College Navigators
2. Collaboration between CCCS Navigators &
CSU-Global Enrollment Counselors
3. Joint A.A.S. and A.G.S. -> B.S. articulation agreements
4. Tuition locked-in from completion of 30 credit hours through one year after graduation and a 10% tuition discount scholarship through graduation
Role of College Navigator
• Build program awareness with college administration, faculty, staff, high schools, and the community
• Develop and implement student outreach strategies
• Provide intensive educational case management and student success support
• Guide students through the individual career and academic planning (ICAP) process
• Facilitate logistic and systemic transfer challenges from community college to CSU-Global
