I. Was sind Open Educational Resources?

(1) Learning Content:full courses, courseware, content modules, learning objects, collections and journals.

(2) Tools:software to support the development, use, re-use and delivery of learning content including searching and organization of content, content and learning management systems, content development tools, and on-line learning communities.

(3) Implementation Resources: intellectual property licenses to promote open publishing of materials, design principles of best practice, and localization of content

II. Projektphilosophie

• Fokus ist auf dem pädagogischen Paradigma: Entwicklung von selbstorganisierten Lernen und digitalen Medienkompetenzen für die Wissensgesellschaft

• OER/Open Content ist ein Mittel zum Zweckund dient dem notwendigen Wandel

• Einfaches Anbieten von OER wird den Wandel vom Lehrerzentriertem Modell zum “Wissens-/Handlungszentriertem” Wissenstransfer nicht unterstützen
