Managers & Supervisors!Do you have a new employee? Do you have a current employee that needs new or different access to tribal or commerce programs? Now you can easily get them tied in to all the programs they need by simply “mirroring” the access of a current employee.

Follow these handy dandy steps for the mirroring process and get your team members going!

1. Click the User Access Form on the MyNation homepage.

2. Enter the first and last name of the employee you are requesting access for.

3. Select the name of the employee.

4. Change the request type to Add/Change.

5. To mirror an employee’s access to servers, share drives/file shares and email subscriptions, select Network Access and type the employee’s name that is to be mirrored in the Model After User field.

6. To add a user’s extension to a Cisco phone pick-up group, select Telecommunications and type the employee’s extension.

7. To mirror an employee’s access within OnBase, type the employee’s name that is to mirrored in the Model After User field.

8. To mirror an employee’s access regarding custom sites, lists and libraries within SharePoint, list the employee’s name that is to be mirrored in the Comments section.

9. To mirror an employee’s access within our Tribal Applications, select the department or group and type the employee’s name that is to be mirroed in the Model After User field.

10. To mirror an employee’s access within some of our most commonly used Commerce Applications, select the application and type the employee’s name that is to be mirrored in the Model After User field.
