The Construction Management Program provides training for individuals who are interested in developing entry level skills or in-service professional development required for employment in the construction industry. PROGRAM

PREREQUISITES:

• ENG 22/60 or ESL 23, OR Placement in ENG 100.

• Placement in MATH 103 or higher.

ITEMIZED ESTIMATE OF

EDUCATIONAL COSTS:

• Tuition based on total credits taken.

• Books and supplies approximately $1,200 for the program.

WHAT IS UNIQUE

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

• Provides an understanding of construction materials and methods.

• Gain the ability to read construction documents and prepare estimates.

• Ability to prepare construction schedules.

• Understand construction law and ethics.

• Use AutoCAD, Revit and Building Information Modeling systems for the management of construction projects.
