ELS- 1500 Shaftless Electric Mill Roll Stand

Structural features:

Paper Feeding Trolley and Ground Rail

Pre Heaters:


- Each roller surface is treated with chrome plating.

- Electromotion adjusts wrap angles, ables to adjust the preheating area of paper within the

range of 60 -220o.

- The preheater roller is professionally produced, conforming to the national standard of

pressure vessel.

- The pre heating roller and paper leading roller are treated with electric plating.

- Automatically adjusts to different papers and different trolley speed.

- The paper guiding wind adsorption, keeping the stability of flutes under the condition of high

speed.

- The width of suction slot of lower corrugated roller is not more than 2 – 2.5 mm, able to reduce

stripe mark on single side corrugated box.

- The reducer casing adopts oil bath lubricating and closed gear transmission, reducing the

vibration of machine.

- Upper and lower corrugated rollers are made up of 48 CrMo.

- The single side corrugated cardboard fabricated by single facer shall be transmitted to the

tension brake or the suction brake for being used by the next overbridge transmission system

by conveyer belt.

- The machine adopts the suction straining system, applies 3KW high voltage centrifugal

variable frequency blower to vaccum adsrobing and straining the cardboard and makes

electromotion corrections of deflection to ensure the cardboard pasting firmly.

Circulatory Glue Making System:


- Supply starch adhesive for single facer(s) and gluing machine. Automatic recycle type.

- Horizontal mixer could confects the main glue and carrier glue and then mix them enough

with large volume.

- Glue pump transport the glue from glue making storage pot, supply enough glue for each

single facer and gluing machine.

- The storage pot and supply pot all equipped with mixing device, preventing glue from

depositing.

- Glue making part include Carrier pot, main pot, storage pot, supply pump and return pump

- Adopts automatic recycle supply glue, surplus glue return to the glue pot, automatic glue level

control, the return pumped to the storage pot with self-pump, do automatic self-circle,

avoiding glue gelling and solidifying in the glue pan.

- After finish manufacture, surplus glue returns to glue pot for next time to use.

- Manufacturer supply gluing making method.

Pneumatic System:

- Centralized air supplying with air compressing station.

- Compressed air filtered at the inlet is clean and stable.

- Individual control of each unit independently of each other

- Adjustable pressure with pressure meter for each unit

- Accessorial copper pipes and PV pipes are wearable.

- Re-filtered and lubricated with oil mist prior to entering each machine
