E. Other observationsAs the TPI was asked to conduct the inspection after completion of the work by TKC, therefore the aboveobservations are specifically for the overall works executed on sample basis and not for individual itemswhich were not visible. The TKC may be notified from your end to take corrective measure at the earliest.

Rectification of above-mentioned defects and submission of pending documents and reports may beensured before release of payment to the Contractor. Otherwise, applicable penalty may be imposed bydeducting suitable amount from the RA Bill as per the Payment terms and conditions of contractagreement done between UPJN and TKC
