OPENING: The meeting was never officially opened as the intent of these evenings’ festivities was to just spend the evening buildingmodels, enjoying the fellowship, and watching (or listening) to a movie. However, a quick nose count yielded 19 members present.

TREASURER’S REPORT: Not given but some members did pay dues.

MINUTES: They were available along with two months worth of Newsletters from other clubs.

OLD BUSINESS: None was discussed as we were busy building.

NEW BUSINESS: Upcoming meeting dates are: 26 February, 26 March, 30 April, and 28 May. All dates are at the Parkland LibraryDistribution Center.

LECTURE/DEMO: Mark will give a short class on the art of antenna making. Please think of things to cover as I will be looking forvolunteers in February.

OPENING: The meeting officially opened at 7:32 PM by President George Haase. There were 14 members present and one late memberarrival for a total of 15.

TREASURER’S REPORT: We currently have $548.88. Mark Aldrich presented a bill and some members paid dues.

MINUTES: They were available for anyone to look at.

OLD BUSINESS: None was discussed.

NEW BUSINESS: There will be no 2009 show. However, the build night was a great success. We have agreed to start having themquarterly. The following plan is established. MAR-Mark, APR-Build, MAY-Will, JUN-Anthony Froh, JUL-Build, AUG-Jim, SEP-Raffle/SwapMeet, OCT-Build/Elections, NOV-Thanksgiving, DEC-Randy. Also, in the JUN-AUG time frame we may be doing a make-n-take with the Cub Scouts as part of our meeting. Upcoming meeting dates are: 26 March, 30 April, 28 May, and 18 June. All dates are at theParkland Library Distribution Center.
