Ski, sports and relaxation• We offer 3 types of lessons. These lessons are over 5 days and youcan simply choose your preferred activity. Something for everyone:

- Alpine skiing from the age of 4

- Snowboarding from the age of 8 during schoolholidays and from the age of 12 the other weeks of thewinter

- Special teenager ski programme from 11 to 17 yearsold during school holidays

They are all supervised by professionals of the ESF and included inyour package.

• Mechanical lifts from 4 years old are also included in your packagefrom the day following your arrival.

• Short stays in the week or on weekends. The ski lessons areavailable except for beginners who need to start on Monday.
