The work party has been changed to Saturday, October 25th due to the Seahawks playing on Sunday. Please show up at 8:00am to find out your work assignment. Be sure to sign in on the attendance sheet or you will be charged $100.00 for the work party fee. The Board of Directors meeting will be changed to the last Tuesday of the month starting October 28, 2014. This change is due to having to constantly change the Board meeting when there are cruises planned. This will be a permanent change. The general membership meeting will still be on the first Tuesday of the month. As a reminder again, the shoreline permit is due to ex- pire in November. The Board has sent for another shoreline permit to extend for one more year. Everyone that is planning to do upgrades to their boathouse need to get on it asap. Talk to a Board member if you have any questions. The 2014-15 CIYC nominees and bios for the Board of Directors is attached to this newsletter. Any member in good standing for at least two years is eligible to serve on the Board. The new Board will be voted in at the November 4th General Membership meeting. A separate ballot will be emailed out with instructions of how to fill out and send in if you are unable to attend the November 4th meeting. The CIYC Lighted Boat Parade will be December 5th and 6th this year. Please start planning early. We would like to make this event bigger and better. Other yacht clubs and guests are welcome to enter their boats in the parade. Contact Larry Kuga for more information. Please welcome our new member, Lonny Click, voted in at the October membership meeting. (Not pictured, Margaret). It’s that time again to start thinking about the Annual CIYC Seattle Boat Show Trip. The returning hosts for this trip are

Dan & Tiffany Coffland, Jeff & Lisa Lomax and Roy & Lisa Jeffrey! We are all looking forward to you joining us for the

made, you are not signed up for the event.

If you are not able to attend the Nov 4, 2014 meeting you can give your $265 to Suzie Hammer or put in an envelope and slide

into the opening in the CIYC office door, please include a contact email so we can send you a confirmation of payment.
