CLOUDS

Every time when you look at the sky you see clouds. Sometimes dark, sometimes big or small. We know

few types of clouds.

STRATUSThese clouds form in flat layers. They often bring light rain or sprinkless of snow. If you sometimes think what fog is i can tell you that when the stratus clouds are near ground they made fog. They are in color from dark to nearly white.

CIRRUSThese clouds are thin and are high up in the sky. They are made of ice crystals. If you want to go outside and you see these clouds it means it will be nice day.

CUMULUSThese clouds are big and fluffy and look like balls of cotton wool one on top of the other. They can be gray or white. People call them ”fair weather clouds”. You can see that type the most often on the sky.

NIMBUSThese clouds cover the whole sky and are dark. They are low in the sky. If you see them you need to go inside because they bring rain or snow.

CIRROCUMULUSThey are thin, white, layered of clouds without shading. They are made of ice crystals. They are formed of grains or ripples.

NIMBOTRATUSThey bring rain. These clouds are in color dark grey. They are thick enough to hide sun.
