1. Shipping Date

For bank transfer, products will be shipped upon confirmation of payment. (you are liable for relevant bank fees.)

For credit card payment, products will be shipped within 3 business days after the order has been placed and

finalized.

In case shipped date is Saturday, Sunday and Holiday, arrival date will be next working date.

2. Return Policy

Returns are honored within a week after the delivery. Contact us through e-mail to notify us of the product return.

As a general rule, product must be undamaged and be in the original manufacturer’s sealed packaging. If a different

product is delivered to you, we will exchange the product with the correct one or return your money.

3. Product Warranty3. Product Warranty

Product warranty covers 6 months from the date of delivery. Please send us the device for any product failure

within 6 months after the delivery (customer is responsible for shipping expenses). Once the returned item is

confirmed as defective, we will ship new one(The shipment expensed will be covered by us.)

4. Please note that it may have damages on the product’s packages due to shipment imported from overseas.

Sim-ring

This feature allows other extensions to receive phone calls at the same time.

Sim-ring feature is also available for one of any phone number.

⑧Sim-ring has four setting options.

・Disable

・Enable only External Call

・Enable only Extension Call

・Enable anytime・Enable anytime

⑨Sim-ring Waiting :You can set the waiting time from 00 sec-99 sec. Example: set waiting time to 5 seconds, during

an incoming call, once 5 seconds have elapsed, Sim-ring feature will automatically be activated to configured phone

number or extension. 。

⑩Sim-ring Number:You can set any phone number other than our service phone. In case within the same circle,

please tick phone number you wish to activate sim-ring.

※PHS may be set to a maximum of 6 units including the main phone.※PHS may be set to a maximum of 6 units including the main phone.

※To avoid closed loop, sim-ring are only available one level.
