Selenite has a very fine vibration and brings clarity of mind while opening up the higher chakras (third eye, soma, crown, stellar gateway)

It’s an amazing stone for accessing the higher realms -especially the angelic realm and promotes higher consciousnesses at all times.

With it’s ability to self-clean and cleanse, it never needs cleansing and you can even use it to cleanse both your other crystals (just lay them on a slab of selenite) as well as your space simply by being there.

It’s been noted that it works very well with highly sensitive people, allowing them to feel fully without the overwhelm.

Whenever you feel unclear in mind or spirit, meditate with a piece of Selenite.

Take note this stone should never be submerged in water as it will dissolve.

Amethyst is very well known for its protection and healing qualities!

But did you know that you can activate your Crown chakra and enhance your intuition ability with it too?

Turquoise is not only beautiful to behold but it provides protection and healing especially for those who love to travel.

Found all over the world in a variety of hues, it promotes spiritual

attunement and enhances communication with the physical and

spiritual worlds.

Use it during the Third Eye meditation and place it on the Third

Eye Chakra to enhance your intuition. To help with speaking

your truth you can also place it on your throat chakra as it

unblocks communication issues and any unresolved feelings.

Turquoise


This rich green stone is a protective stone that amplifies positive energy and absorbs negative energies leaving your grounded and in tune with your inner sense.

It’s amazing for enhancing intuition and developing spiritual

insights, as well as developing the ability to recognize and clear

past negative events.

So when looking for a grounding stone that is quite

transformational, always go with Malachite as it’s a great stone

to use during one’s spiritual journey.

Combine it with any of the meditations for maximum effect

Green Malachite


Azurite is used to develop intuition, insight, and intellect. It is my go to stone of choice and when I can always use an

Azurite with Malachite stone to charge and open up my Third

Eye.

This dark-blue-green stone has a high vibrational frequency that

resonates with the Third-Eye Chakra.

Ajna is your center of intuition and what a better way to enhance

and develop that center than using a stone that resonates with it.

Try the Crystal Attunement meditation first followed by the Third

Eye meditation and compare the differences.

Azurite


This is another one of my favorite stones because this stone is

amazing when it comes to cleaning and opening all 7 chakras.

It’s called the stone of magic because of its ability to clear and open the chakra system, which in turn awakens your intuitive sense and psychic powers.

Not only this but it’s the psychic protection stone of choice per Judy Hall who I had the lovely chance to study with in London in

the Spring of 2017.

Labradorite


Whichever stone you choose to get started, I’m pretty sure that

you will benefit in a multitude of ways. Whenever you pick up a

new stone, it’s always good to cleanse and program the stone

and then attune to it prior to starting any mediation practice with

it.
