OverviewThe Cloud for PC SOFT development projects proposes development platforms allowing you to virtualize your WIND-EV, WEBDEV or WINDEV Mobile projects.

These development platforms allow you to store and share your WINDEV, WEBDEV and WINDEV Mobile projects in the Cloud. This allows you to access your projects from any computer, at any time, from anywhere.

The development platforms also allow you to share the data found in your Control Centers: Project Management Center, Quality Control Center, Messaging Center.From the Cloud dashboard, you have the ability to manage the contributors, groups, requirements, tasks, messages, bugs, suggestions, ...The development platforms also allow your translators to share the translation dictionaries of WDMSG.

Finally, the development platforms allow you to save the exact configuration of your WINDEV, WEBDEV or WINDEV Mobile environment (position of editor elements, custom menu, customization of buttons, last projects opened, recent files, ...). This allows you to access your own work environment from any computer.

The accesses are secured and reserved to authorized users.

Three services are available on the Cloud development platforms: •The Source Code Manager (SCM)to share your PC SOFT projects . •The Control Centers (CC) to centralize your development processes. •The project configuration storage center to retrieve your work environment anywhere in the world.

These services are specifically adapted to the Cloud platforms and they are optimized for automatic integration from the development environments of PC SOFT, WINDEV, WEBDEV and WINDEV Mobile. Their use is extremely simplified.

This allows you to focus on developing and managing your projects without having to worry about the setup, main-tenance and security constraints for the SCM or Control Center server.

An administration interface allows you to create and manage your platforms: users, groups of users, access rights, backups, statistics, ...

Availability, evolution, security

The development platforms are built to guarantee high availability, even in case of hardware failure.

You have the ability to add or delete users at any time. The platform will automatically adapt to the new load.

A backup of platforms is performed every day.

Billing of development platforms

Pricing according to the number of developers

The initial development platform is intended for 1 developer.Then, you have the ability to add accesses for additional developers or translators at any time.

Billing is performed on a monthly basis and it is proportional to the number of developers and translators.Any platform created during the month is billed.Any developer and/or translator added during the month is billed.

The table below gives the pricing for the platform according to the number of developers.

Billing of the storage space

Data storage

Each development platform includes a storage space. This storage space is used to store: •the Source Code Manager (SCM) database, which means the resources of your WINDEV, WEBDEV and WINDEV

Mobile projects, •the database of Control Centers, which means the data found in your schedules, messages, requirements, bugs,

environment configurations, ...

The use of the storage space is billed every month according to the daily average used. For example, the cost is the same if you are using 30 GB during one day or 1 GB during 30 days. You only pay for the actual allocated space.

Automatic backups

A backup of each Cloud platform is automatically performed every 24 hours. This backup can be restored upon request.

Billing for data transferThe data transfers correspond to incoming data streams (upload) and outgoing data streams (download). The sum of data transfers is billed per month.

Implementation feesThe opening of a Cloud account triggers a one-time only set fee covering the management and administration costs.

The same Cloud account allows you to access the "Cloud for PC SOFT applications" and the "Cloud for PC SOFT development projects". It allows you to create development platforms and operating platforms.

Therefore, there is no need to create another Cloud account if you already have one.
