The Victorian Government provides the following guidance regarding admission requirements:Consent can be provided through the signature of:• student, if they are over 15 and living independently• parent as defined in the Family Law Act 1975 In the absence of a current Court Order, each parent of a child who is not 18, has equal parental responsibility, both parents for parents who are separated, or a copy of the Court Order with any impact on the relationship between the family and the school. • an informal carer, with a Statutory Declaration. Carers may be a relative or other carer, have day-to-day care of the student with the student regularly living with them and may provide any other consent required e.g. excursions. Notes for an informal carer: • statutory declarations apply for 12 months • the wishes of a parent prevail in the event of a dispute between a parent legally responsible for a student and an informal carer.

Applicants who are offered a place at the College will receive a ‘Letter of Offer’ and are required to return to the College the signed ‘Letter of Acceptance’ and associated fees within 14 days of the date on the ‘Letter of Offer’. The offer will lapse after 14 days. Students are unable to commence at the College until the signed ‘Letter of Acceptance’ has been returned with the associated fees, an Operoo profile has been shared with the College and the student has full uniform and the required text books/stationery.

As per Notre Dame College’s Enrolment Policy, students are not usually accepted at the College unless the College has been able to contact the student’s current/previous school. I/We undertake to assist and support my/our son/daughter in upholding the Catholic ethos and the ideals of the College.
I/We have read, understood and agree to abide by the College’s Parent Code of Conduct.
I/We understand that my/our sons’/daughters’ enrolment at Notre Dame College is conditional upon my/our sons’/daughters’ as well as our acceptance of, involvement in and positive attitude towards the College’s Religious Education Programme.
I/We agree to support all College policies, procedures and guidelines and any amendments to these which may occur from time to time. (available on College website.) These are reviewed regularly and may be subject to change at the school’s discretion.
I/We agree that my/our son/daughter will be required to attend and participate in all College activities, excursions and camps, including, but not limited to the Year 7 and 8 Camps, Year 9 Daborra Camp, Year 10 Pathways days and Work Experience, College Masses, Caritas K’s, Mission Mart, Swimming Carnival and Athletics Carnival and the Year 12 Retreat.
I/We understand that the Local Excursion Form which I/we have signed refers to all relevant local excursions (Greater Shepparton area) which the College may organise during my/our child’s enrolment at Notre Dame College.
I/We undertake to ensure all fees and levies are paid by the due date in accordance with the Application for Enrolment.
I/We agree to contact the Principal, Deputy Principal, Director of Year 9 Programme or Head of House if I/we have any confidential information not listed here which I/we wish the College to be informed about.
I/We agree to advise the Office Manager either in writing or via SEQTA Engage if there are any changes to my/our child’s contact details and/or medical information, and update Operoo accordingly.

I/We agree to pay the $50 Application for Enrolment fee. (If the non-refundable enrolment fee causes hardship, please contact the Finance Manager prior to submitting application).
I/We agree to set-up and maintain my/our sons’/daughters’ profiles required by the College in Operoo and SEQTA Engage.
I/We give permission for the Principal (or their representative) to seek medical attention for my child as required in emergencies, accidents or serious illness where I cannot be contacted. This may include transportation to the nearest hospital, medical centre or doctor by ambulance or private vehicle. I understand that I/we are required to meet any costs incurred.
I/We will work with the school to support any academic/social/behavioural needs of my child by attending all requested meetings.
I/We acknowledge that the consequence of not complying with the school’s policies, procedures and conditions may result in the exclusion of my child until a meeting has been held or termination of my child’s enrolment.

School fees are billed in four equal instalments, one term in advance.
