Clio Country Club offers a great and challenging golf course that is always in top condition. Our amenities include a pro-shop, restaurant, banquet facilities and a lounge located inside our clubhouse. We also have numerous golfing and social activities that are enjoyed by our active membership. Clio Country Club is located at 13141 N. Linden Road, behind the Country Club Village condominium complex. We are a private club; therefore, sponsorship from a current member is required to join. Enclosed you will find an application for membership, a sponsor application form as well as a list of our current fees. Please take time to look over this information. Membership Options Available

Full Individual Member – 40 years and older Membership in Clio Country Club means that you become an owner in our golf club. As such, you are granted voting rights and golf privileges. Dues are assessed as an annual fee. A monthly dues payment plan is also available. Immediate family members may be added to the membership for an additional cost.

• Stock Purchase Fee: $500 (one time charge payable over 2 years) • Individual Membership Dues: $2400 annually ($200 monthly) • Immediate Family: $600 (includes all immediate family members) • Optional Cart Storage Fee: $180 Gas Carts; $240 Electric Carts • Private Cart Trail Fee: $195 annually if applicable • GAM/GHIN Handicap Registration: $30 per person. Required only if

tournament play is something you desire. If not, the fee is not mandatory. • Kitchen Minimum: $300 (Annual)

Junior Member – Under 40 years of age To meet the needs of a younger demographic, CCC offers three membership age tiers. As stockholders Junior Members are granted voting rights and golf privileges. The Junior Membership includes all immediate family members. Dues are assessed as an annual fee, but a monthly dues payment plan is also available.

• Stock Purchase Fee: $500 (one time charge payable over 2 years) • 34-39 years Junior & Family $2250 annually; $187.50 monthly • 28-33 years Junior & Family $1500 annually; $125 monthly • Under 28 Junior & Family $1050 annually; $87.50 monthly • Kitchen Minimum: $300 (Annual) • Optional Cart Storage Fee: $180 Gas Carts; $240 Electric Carts • Private Cart Trail Fee: $180 annually if applicable • GAM/GHIN Handicap Registration: $30 per person. Social Member - $100 Annual Dues If you are not a golfer but enjoy the country club atmosphere, then a social membership can be perfect. The benefits include full use of the clubhouse, bar and restaurant during operating hours, use of driving range, putting and chipping greens, as well as use of our banquet facilities for a private function. You may also attend non-golfing social functions and receive the club newsletter. A kitchen minimum of $300 is applicable.

Additional Membership Plans Clio Country Club also offers several modified membership plans to help meet the needs of a variety of golfing lifestyles. All of these membership plans include stock purchase which means that you become an owner in our golf club. As such, you are granted voting rights AND golf privileges. Dues are assessed as an annual fee. Corporate Membership - $4900 Annual Dues There are 3 options which offer you a variety of ways to entertain, reward, and promote your business relationships and yourself at one of Mid-Michigan’s premier private golf clubs. The Corporate Membership plans include green fees, cart fees, and driving range membership, as well as full use of our lounge, dining and banquet rooms. The 3 options to choose from are the Ira Bare Plan (Primary and Secondary Designee), the Selby Plan (Primary Designee + 50 golf passes), and the McCormick Plan (No designee; 100 golf passes).

• Annual Dues $4900 • Stock Purchase Fee: Included as part of the $4900 • Optional Cart Storage Fee: $180 Gas Carts; $240 Electric Carts • Private Cart Trail Fee: $180 annually if applicable • GAM/GHIN Handicap Registration: $30 per person. Required only if

Out of State Membership– $750 Annual Dues reduced to $500 in year 3 To qualify for this membership, the applicant may not have a residence in the state of Michigan. This membership is an individual membership and includes eligibility for golf tournaments, leagues, etc. It also includes an additional 16 non-tournament rounds of golf. Dues are assessed as an annual fee.

• Annual Dues $750 years 1 and 2; $500 after year 2 • Stock Purchase Fee: Included as part of the $750 years 1 and 2 • Kitchen Minimum: Exempt • GAM/GHIN Handicap: Required for tournament play. • Cart rental fee: Not included

NACO Membership – $1500 for Non-Adjacent County Residents This membership would be available to an individual whose primary residence is in Michigan, but in a NON-ADJACENT COUNTY to Genesee County. The EXCLUDED counties are Genesee, Lapeer, Livingston, Saginaw, Shiawassee, and Tuscola. The benefits include golf privileges for individual applicant and family, eligibility for tournaments and leagues, and use of all club facilities.

• $1500 paid in full at time of application approval. • Additional Stock purchase of $500 (or two years at $250 per year) is required

unless the individual applicant is a former member who has not been reimbursed for stock.

• NO kitchen minimum required.

Club 2 Membership – $1500 for Michigan Private Club Members This membership would be available to an individual who is also a member at another Michigan private club. Immediate family members may be added to the membership for an additional fee. The benefits include golf privileges for individual applicant (and immediate family if fee has been paid), eligibility for tournaments and leagues, and use of all club facilities.

• $1500 paid in full at time of application approval. • Additional Stock purchase of $500 (or two years at $250 per year) is required

unless the individual applicant is a former member who has not been reimbursed for stock.

• Optional immediate family fee of $600. • NO kitchen minimum required. • If a new Club 2 member drops his/her membership at his/her home club anytime

during the year, that new Club 2 member would be required to pay an additional fee to equal the CCC New Individual Full Stock Member annual rate.

• If the Club 2 member drops his/her membership at his/her home club and does NOT pay the additional fee to join as a New Individual Full Stock Member, the Club 2 membership will be revoked and there will be no refund of dues.
