For over 20 years his wife had acted as receptionist/practice manager and they had made a good team. However sadly his wife had died some five years previously and he had found the practice increasingly difficult to manage. In the years after his wife's death, Dr Kulkarni found work increasingly demanding and seldom got home before 10pm as he now typed all his referral letters himself. He began to resent the constant requests for visits and help out of hours. Dr Kulkarni was devastated and unable to track his follow up as well as new patient’s records. On the other hand his is not able to track the referral and accounts of his clinic. Due this frustration Dr. Kulkarni is not able to treat his patient properly or not able to concentrate to consult his patient. Some examples including a patient with diabetes not offered retinopathy screening and another with angina who had not been fully investigated. Now, Dr. Kulkarni looking for solution where his all problems lead to one single solution. After some online search and get consulting by his colleague He has decided to buy software, which helps him to track this all problem what he is currently facing. After doing online search he found Company called Plus91 Technology who provides such kind of solution to the Doctors. Dr. Kulkarni called them for the Software Demonstration. After having full Software demonstration Dr. Kulkarni decided to buy software called ClinKare. ClinKare is software which is specially designed for Clinic / Ploy-clinics. ClinKare take care of all the administrative as well as patient records of the clinic. ClinKare helps Dr. Kulkarni to manage his Appointments, patients, Patient Records, Referral, Consent, Accounts and as well as Inventory. ClinKare also provides Statistics where Dr. Kulkarni will come to know the how many patient are treated for particular symptoms. The Solution: The solution is built with both knowledge of the medical domain, as well as the paucity of infrastructure and computer capability. The solution is thus compatible with different operating systems like Windows, Linux and Mac and all versions of the same. The interface of the solution is simple and easy to use and pleasing to the eye.

The functions include all the mandatory requirements for the above business needs aswell as Plus91’s add on features. It also includes the option of clinic specific

modifications. All these functions are built in the form of features.

•  The Appointment Feature: - It helps note down all appointments via telephone, email

or in person and schedule the meetings with different doctors of the clinic.
