While every clinician listed on this website has met rigorous credentialing standards, you may consider selecting a clinician or clinician group that has either one or two stars next to their name. Starsindicate which practitioners have met specific evaluation criteria within the context of an Optumderived clinician evaluation program. Of those clinicians who are participating in the program, two stars( ) indicate those clinicians who have met both effectiveness and efficiency measures. A single ( ) star indicates those clinicians who have met only effectiveness measures. The stardesignation is intended only as a guide when choosing a clinician or clinician group and should not be the sole factor in your selection of a treatment professional. Currently, the following six states are excluded from participation in the clinician evaluation program: California, Colorado, Maryland, Missouri, New York and Texas.
