On behalf of Rejuv, I hope this message finds you safe and well. In light of the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation, I wanted to reassure you with this clinic update. I have been closely monitoring advice from the World Health Organisation and New Zealand’s Ministry of Health as well as the NZ Beauty Therapy Association to ensure we are doing everything we can to keep your health and wellbeing as our priority. Rejuv has always maintained strict hygiene standards, both physically, our rooms and with equipment we use for your treatment - alot of it being single use. This will not change. Our appointments are very rarely back to back and we will be allowing 15 mins between appointments for ensuring the treatment room is spotless. As most of the treatments and equipment we use are medically based and FDA approved, we are committed to providing our customers with world-class professional service and support, and we want to reassure you that we have a thorough continuity plan that will maintain your treatments, so it will be business as usual for us and for you. All we ask is that if you are feeling unwell or have close family or friends who are unwell, we would love to hear from you prior to your treatment and allow us to reschedule your appointment to a time when you are well again. I wish you and those around you good health during this challenging time. Lets look after each other.
