GI (General Issues for OSR & GSR) are the two platforms which occurs monthly to share/communicate and sort out the administration related issues prevailing amongst employees.

SGA ( Small Group Activities) are organized every Tuesday for OSRs. They get together to discuss technical issues pertaining to

department and solve them with inter departmental suggestions. By this way OSRs solve their manufacturing/process related issues

cross functionally.

To improve the Sense of belongingness and cultural involvement among the employees, WOMEN’S DAY, INDEPENDENCE DAY, DIWALI, FOOD FESTIVAL, BIRTHDAY celebrations are in practice.

Celebration of ENVIRONMENT DAY / SAFETY WEEK is in practice to create the awareness and requirement of healthy and safe environment. Many activities like ‘Pollution Check up’, ‘Donation to Paper recycling NGO’, ‘Poster and Slogan competition’, ‘Plantation’, Road Cleaning, Mock drills, Safety Equipments Exhibitions, Safety Video presentation, Safety Trainings etc. are organized.

CSIL promotes its employee’s overall development by providing them platform to nurture their sports quality. A Cricket, Table Tennis, Badminton tournament, etc. is being organized every year.

CSIL conduct different trainings (EHS, Technical, Behavioral) to prosper healthy and friendly relationship among employees and sharpen the technical skills and overall development of the team. Training programs are organized inside and outside the premises.
