coastal areas.-Temperatures: Mild in winters. Hot in

Spain.-Temperatures are mild.-Rainfall is light, especially in
summers. 4. Mediterranean climate Continental (de interior).-On the
Central Plateau and in the Ebro valley.-Temperature: Summmers are
hot.Winters are cold.-Rainfall is light. 5. Atlantic (Ocenico)-On
the Cantabrian coast and in Galicia.-Temperature: Summers are
cold.Winters are mild.-Rainfall is abundant.-Flora: Many forests
and meadows.-Fauna: Foxes, wolves, wild boars, and deers. 6.
Subtropical climate-In the Canary Islands.-Temperatures are mild
all year.-Rainfall is low.-Flora: Dragon trees and tabaiba
spurge.-Fauna: Giant lizards and canaries. 7. Mountain climate-In
the highest mountain areas.-Temperatures: Winters are very cold.
