This year, the Clifton Community Womans Club (CCWC) proudly
presents our Forty-first Annual CharityHomes Tour and Marketplace
on Thursday, May 16, 2013. The Homes Tour includes guided tours of
severalhomes in the Clifton/Fairfax Station area. The Marketplace
includes a Silent Auction.
This event draws approximately 600 visitors from all over the
western metro area each year and is our primaryannual charity
fundraiser. All net proceeds support our Charitable Trust. Over the
past five years, the Trust hasdistributed over $100,000 to worthy
recipients, approximately 90 percent in the local, Northern
Virginia area.A list of previous recipients is attached.
Approximately 80 local CCWC members volunteer each year to
participate in various projects to support theneeds of our
community. The Clubs mission is to promote the civic, cultural,
social, educational and physicalenvironment of our community. The
CCWC is a member of the General Federation of Womens Clubs with
ahistory dating back to the early 20th century. We are to this day
a vital and energetic presence in theClifton/Fairfax County
community.
On behalf of the CCWC, I am asking for your help in supporting
this event. The CCWC Charitable Trust is a501(c)3 non-profit
charity and your contribution will be tax deductible as a business
advertising expense.
Please consider a sponsorship or advertisement in our Ticket
Book. The Homes Tour Ticket is a 5 x 8 bookletcontaining
information about the homes on the Tour as well as the Marketplace.
It also features sponsors andother ads for local businesses and
services. Sponsors receive a full page ad in the Ticket Book as
well as aninternet presence on our website, a link to the sponsors
website, an invitation to our Homes Tour Reception,
recognition in publicity and at the Tour homes and two
complimentary tickets. Please consult the attachedcontract for

Advertisement Graphic Information
Barbara Taylor must receive a business card or graphics for each
ad. The Ticket Book is created in Microsoft Publisher and is
printed in black and white. Graphics for ads may be submitted
electronically in the following formats: PDF, JPEG or TIF. We will
also accept a clear hard copy. We will do our best to accommodate
additions or corrections to previously submitted ads. These are the
sizes that are available:
o Full Page: 4 1/2 wide x 7 longo Half Page: 4 1/2 wide x 3 3/8
longo Third Page: 4 wide x 2 1/3 long
Business cards can easily be stretched to a third page ad and
often to a half page ad. We can alsoincorporate them in a full page
with additional text or graphics.
