A Day of Fundraising for JapanCLIFTON PARK – Pai’s Academy of Tae Kwon Do presents “A Day of Fundraising for Japan” on Saturday, April 16, at the Gowana Middle School gym, 970 Route 146 in Clifton Park. Canal Clean SweepCOHOES – The Spindle City Historic Society, in conjunction with Parks and Trails NY and the NYS Canal Corporation, is sponsoring a canal clean-up on April 16 from 10Am-noon. Individuals interested in participating should meet near the intersection of Summit and Vliet Streets. Work will be on the towpath leading to Lock 15, in the park area near Lock 16 and at Power Canal Park. Garbage bags will be provided, however, please bring your own gloves.
