Immigration Status Control of International Students

legally formalizing my immigration status in accordance with the Immigration Law and its

regulations.

I engage to submit, on time and in due form, each and every one of the documents required by the

ULACIT authorities, for the corresponding immigration procedures, as well as the settlement of all

stamps, deposits and expenses of said procedure, and its subsequent renewals.

I recognized that the special category of student processed by ULACIT on my behalf:

Is only and exclusively in order to remain in Costa Rican territory as a student.

It does not allow me to perform any kind of lucrative activities.

It is not a permanent residence permit, so that in order to enjoy said permit I must remain as an

active student of the university, and

It does not allow me to claim any of my family relatives or friends under this status.
