And because there is so much on the line in a real estate transaction, I am always a little nervous to rely on a lender I haven't worked with in the past.

With the short sale approval letters giving a total of 7 days to close, (5 business days), it was a

do or die scenario...and you did it! Something most thought to be impossible,

especially in today’s lending environment! The escrow company was shocked!
