Registration process

All communication and selection instruction with

regards to the scholarship will be done via email.

Please ensure you provide a valid and active email

address.

Verifying your email

Once you have successfully registered your email, you will receive a verification email send by the

system. Please also check your junk/spam mailbox. Below is a sample of the verification email. Do

give it some time for the email to reach you due to the high traffic during this selection cycle. Only

click “Re-send email verification” if you do not receive the email verification after 2 hours from the

time of registration. Make sure to click re-send 1 time only and not many times.

Once your email is verified, you will get this prompt

and will be able to login to the application portal.

Make sure you click on the link given to verify your

email.

Login to the application portal

Login to the portal using the email and password as

per registration.

Filling in the form – Family Info

Number of children including the applicant.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Applicants need to choose this part first before filling in the Scholarship and Education tab. Once the

education level is chosen and click SAVE, only the option to add university will come out.

For post-SPM or post-IGCSE candidates

Currently already in 1st year university studying

a degree programme

Yet to enrol for the degree programme and

using Foundation qualifications to apply

This show education level is ticked and the Add function

below will be visible.

Applicants will need to click Add to choose the

universities and the page below will appear.

Applicants can still make

changes/edit before

submitting the

application.

sections. Applicant to tick the boxes.

Filling in the form – Education

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Please fill in the relevant qualifications with regards to the scholarship applied.

• For SPM results – you are only required to fill in result for 8 subjects (BM, BI, Maths, History & 4 other best subjects that you score A or

A+.

• For A-Level results – you are only required to fill in result for 3 best subjects that you score A or A*. If you do not have a final result,

please use your predicted results to apply for the scholarship.

• For IB results – If you do not have a final result, please use your predicted results to apply for the scholarship.
