Gibraltar is one of Britain's Overseas Territories, is located in the south of Spain, and the Strait of Gibraltar, the Mediterranean, the Atlantic Ocean adjacent.
The Gibraltar airport runway runs straight through the main street!

Winston Churchill Avenue intersects the airport runway. The road is consequently closed every time a plane is landing or departing.

On Gibraltar Airport the only runway is crossing the main street. Every time the aircraft wants to land or take off, the street will be closed by the police.
