STEINHAUER eCAB PWA – The personal wiring assistant oft the worker at his workplace

STEINHAUER PWA (PWA means Personal Wiring Assistant) is a decentralize wiring workplace. The STEINHAUER PWA produces the wire required at the place where the worker needs it. The STEINHAUER PWA produces the wire in the individual needed length and could put a ferrule at the ends of the wire if required. Compared with a central solution (KOMAX, Schleuniger or Metzner) our system produces the wire „just in time“ and visualized the way / route of the wire in the electric cabinet. The worker does not obliga-tory reads a wiring plan.

The STEINHAUER PWA is new and unique system to enlarge the productivity and give an additional drive to rationalize the processes in the classic panel building workshop.

The STEINHAUER PWA is capable to put ferrules on single wires from 0,5 up to 2,5 mm² . An optional module allows to length larger profiles up to 10 mm² incl. labeling and visualization.

The STEINHAUER PWA could be smoothly integrated into electrical CAD programs with routing capabilities as ePLAN Cabinet, HOS ELSCHRANK and so on.

The STEINHAUER PWA will close up the circle from the plan-ning up to the montage. The STEINHAUER Elektromaschinen AG is the first system supplier who has solutions for all parts of the panel building shop who could be supported by a machine.
