Beverage services range from soda and coffeebars, to full bar service in all meeting spaces. Customized menus

The menu suggestions included are based upon our most popular items and presentations, along with a few signaturedishes specially chosen by our Executive Chef. It is a great selection designed with the flexibility and options required tomeet and exceed your expectations and ensure the success of your event.

Special meal requests

LRCR is committed to delivering quality meals and events. We would be delighted to customize a menu to your satisfactionand dietary preferences; However, we are not able to accommodate individual guest specific food allergy requirements.Any group-wide dietary preference should be discussed in advance of the event and included on the Banquet Event Order.

Buffets and carving stations

Our buffet prices are based on large groups of forty [40] or more people. Should you select a buffet menu for fewer thanforty [40] people, a surcharge may be assessed. Most carving and specialty action stations require a uniformed chef orattendant at $85.00 per station. Carvers and attendants are based upon one (fi for every 100 guests. Should your selectionand guest count require additional carvers, they will be provided at a reduced rate of $50.00 each additional.

Bars

All Cash Bars are charged a $100.00 bar set-up fee, per bar. A bartender is required for alcohol to be served in, but notlimited to, the Three Fires Conference Center, Makwa Endaat Event Center, Board Meeting Rooms and hospitality suite.All bars are subjects to guests receiving only two drinks per person at any given time. Double shots of alcohol are notavailable at the bars in the Conference Center, Event Center, Meeting Rooms and hospitality suite. All bars are closed forone hour at dinner time and last call will be 45 minutes prior to end of the function time. Soda, water and coffee will beoffered at that time. Violations of the Liquor Ordinance will not be tolerated. No guest under the age of 21 may be servedalcoholic beverages. A guest may be denied further alcoholic beverages if any TAM certified staff member, in theirdiscretion, determines that the guest is intoxicated and should no longer be served additional alcoholic drinks. If, at anytime, it’s determined that a guest is under the age of 21, or an intoxicated guest that has been notified that they will nolonger be served, is found to be drinking an alcoholic beverage, the Resort may exercise its discretion in ensuringcompliance with the Resort rules and the Liquor Ordinance, up to and including cessation of the event, closure of thebar for the remainder of an event, restricting a guest and their guardians from the Resort or event, summoning lawenforcement or other. No refunds or credit will be issued to the Client, and the Client will be held liable for any and alldamages. All alcohol, including liquor, beer and wine for hospitality suites, conference center, event center and boardrooms must be purchased from Little River Casino Resort. Alcohol may not be brought from off-property. Alcohol maynot be bought from off-property. If alcohol is desired for your event, a price is to be requested by the Client at the timeof contract signing. All alcohol purchased must be consumed on Little River Casino Resort property. All LRBOI, State ofMichigan and Federal laws must be adhered to. Little River Casino Resort may refuse to sell or allow the consumption ofalcohol by an individual or group at the Resort Management’s discretion.

Terms

Food and Beverage shall be provided only by the Resort, nooutside food and beverage of any kind shall be permitted.To ensure safety and to comply with health regulations foodprepared is to be consumed at the function and may not beremoved from the event, The Resort will be happy to purchaseany specialty items from one of our licensed purveyors.All food & Beverage is priced per person unless otherwisenoted, and is subject to 20% gratuity and 6% Tribal saletax. The Resort will guarantee pricing 60 days prior to yourscheduled functions or as noted on the contract with regards to wedding receptions and special packaged events. Inorder for the Resort’s staff to prepare to accommodate your needs, the details of your function are requested thirty (30]days prior to the date of your group’s arrival. In the event that menu changes become necessary, the Resort will workwith the Client toward a mutually amendable alternate.

Special events services and information

Function rooms are assigned based on the number of anticipated guests. If projected counts increase or decrease, theResort reserves the right to change the function room to one more suitable for the event. All meeting space, includingConference Center, Event Center and Board room are non-smoking areas.

Advertising

Any advertising prepared by the Client may not use the Little River Casino Resort logo. We do not grant the use of ourlogo as an identifier of the location of your event. All uses of our logo must have approval by the Resort’s marketing teamprior to using it. We request you add Little River Casino Resort do Conferences Sales to receive all printed materials inthe possession of the attendees.

Audio visual

A complete line of audio visual equipment is available through the Little River Casino Resort in-house audio visualservice. Please provide any audio visual requests to your Conference Center representative. All charges for audio visualservices will be applied to the total invoice.

Decorations

No decorations are to be placed on the wall or hung from the ceiling. The use of nails, pins, staples, confetti, glitter, etc. isnot permitted. Please contact your conference representative for assistance with any special requirements. The removalof decorations must be at the conclusion of the event; anything left overnight is not the responsibility of the Resort. Anyexcessive decoration or placement of table favors by the catering staff will be charged accordingly. No signs other thanthose authorized by the Resort will be allowed. Location of the pre-approved signs is limited to the convention registrationand assigned meeting space only. Signage is not to be placed in other areas or sleeping room floors.

Little River is alsocommitted to using the finest SUSTAINABLE seafood products, as well as many quality items from companies that providefree roaming, hormone and antibiotic free beef products. Little River Casino Resort is committed to limiting negativeimpacts on the environment by improving our recycling practices. This includes reducing and working to eliminate theuse of plastic straws on property and also elimating unnecessary plastic packaging from various goods we purchase.
