2014 CONTRIBUTION STATEMENTS HAVE BEEN EMAILED We have emailed your 2014 Contribution statement summary on January 15, 2014. Please email Nadya Collard at [email protected] if you need to update your information in the St. Mark database. Emailing your statement greatly helps to cut our expenses. If we do not have your current email address, you should receive your 2014 contribution state-ment via mail by early February 2015. Thank you for your contin-ued generosity.
Gluten Sensitivity and Holy Communion At St. Mark the Evangelist we keep on hand a limited amount of low-gluten Hosts made by the Benedic-tine Sisters of Perpetual Adoration in Missouri. They
are an approved and recommended purveyor by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. These Consecrated low-gluten Host may be received only from the Presiding Priest at Sunday or weekday Masses in the main sanctuary. It is also necessary that you have a valid medical di-agnosis that prohibits receiving the regular Hosts and the recom-mendation of a doctor. We keep a very limited number of these Hosts on hand at any one time. It is also helpful to inform the Presiding Priest before Mass begins that you will need the reduced or low-gluten Host. We do not send these to the back of Church at Communion time. You must come forward to receive.
Souper Bowl of Caring: THIS WEEKEND!! Students will be outside the church before and after all Masses collecting donations for the St. Mark St. Vincent de Paul Society. So students, join us, and everyone else, remember to bring some extra cash or spare change!
