Introduction It is recommended that all Oracle Financials users clear the cache/history in their browser of choice before logging in to Oracle for the first time after the upgrade. Clearing the cache/history will ensure that all screens and functions display appropriately. Note: The exact procedure may vary based on browser version.

Step Description Screen
Click Open Menu in upper-right corner
Click History
Click Clear Recent History
Select Everything in Time range to clear
Select Cache checkbox (uncheck other boxes)
Click Clear Now

Internet Explorer 11 Step Description Screen
Click Tools in header
Click Delete browsing history
Select Temporary Internet files and website files checkbox (uncheck other boxes)
Click Delete

Click Customize Google Chrome in upper-right corner
Click More tools
Click Clear browsing data
Select the last 4 weeks or the beginning of time in Clear the following items from
Select Cached images and files checkbox (uncheck other boxes)
Click Clear Browsing Data

Click Safari in header
Click Preferences
Click Privacy
Select Manage Website Data
Click Remove All
Click Remove Now
