Cleaning equipment

Our chamber washing machines of type KWA are pre-ferably used for batchwise cleaning/degreasing of bulky, voluminous, heavy component parts, such as gear parts, engine parts, injection moulds, toothed wheels or the like, before further processing.

For continuous cleaning in production lines or for cases of application, for which maximum productivity with a rela-tively short treatment time is required, pass-through wa-shing machines of type DWA are used. Depending on request and equipment, multi-stage treat-ment steps such as washing, rinsing and drying can be carried out in the pass-through machines. Interlinking with existing production facilities is possible.

Modular cleaning machines of type MRA are preferably used when a high throughput is required. Each treatment step (washing, rinsing, drying) is carried out in a separate cleaning chamber and the passage of parts is carried out by cycle on continuous conveyor systems. In this way it is ensured that a maximum of the cycle time is used for each treatment step. Prolongations are avoided.

Manually operated washing machines of type MWA are used when the parts to be cleaned are cumbersome, lar-ge and the numbers of pieces are only small. In this case cleaning is carried out manually in a cleaning chamber and the cleaning media (washing, rinsing) are run by circulati-on.

Dipping- type washing machines of type TWA are used where due to the spectrum of parts and their surfaces a dipping process is required.
