General informationIt should be noted that the details, illustrations, general technical information, and drawings contained in this brochure are only general proposals and details which merely describe the basic functions schematically. They are not dimensionally accurate. The applicator/client is independently responsible for determining the suitability and completeness for the product in question. Neighbouring works are described only schematically. All specifications and information must be adjusted or agreed in the light of local conditions and do not constitute work, detail or installation plans. The technical specifications and product information in the Technical Data Sheets and in system descriptions/ certificates must be observed.
Cleaning
Cleaning methodsRegular cleaning and caring will protect the floor and make a decisive contribution to maintaining the value of the building. They will ensure that the floor retains its high-quality appearance in the long term and significantly extend its useful life. A methodical approach to floor care is worthwhile and will help to cut costs in the long term.• Deep cleaning: removes stubborn soiling or worn care agents
with wet chemicals. Deep cleaning is very time-consuming and is best carried out by professional cleaning companies at longer intervals.
• Routine cleaning: removes water-soluble soiling that has stuck to the floor and fine particles of loose surface dirt at regular intervals. This prevents hardened dirt particles (sand, for exam-ple) from damaging the surface of the floor coating so that the floor is more susceptible to dirt.

NoteBefore using, always check that the floor is alkali-resistant.

Deep cleaning
Cleaning intervalsThe frequency of routine cleaning and deep cleaning depends on several factors:• Type of use (living spaces, floors in public buildings, floors
in industrial premises, etc.)• Daily stress (are sand, splits or other hardened dirt
particles being walked in?)• Subjective sensitivity to dirt and standards of cleanliness
on the part of of the user
Deep cleaning
Products• StoDivers GR: guarantees good adhesion of the following care
agents StoDivers P 105, StoDivers P 120 and StoDivers P 110. Suitable for EP and PU floor coatings indoors and outdoors as well as for balconies.
Application• Dilute the high-alkaline deep cleaner StoDivers GR with cold
water (see Technical Data Sheet for mixing ratio).• Spread the solution evenly and generously on the floor
and leave to react for approx. 15 minutes (do not allow the solution to dry in).
• Clean the floor with a rotary cleaner (approx. 200 rpm).• Depending on the degree of soiling and sensitivity of the
floor, red pads can be used for moderate deep cleaning and green pads for intensive deep cleaning, for example. Always choose the right pad for the properties of the floor coating!
• For structured and rough surfaces, soft brush attachments can be used on rotary machines, as they are able to remove dirt from recesses more effectively.
• We recommend using a standard scrubber for smaller areas.• Use a wet vacuum cleaner or a foam rubber squeegee and a
mop to remove loosened dirt.• Use this same method to remove damp deposits underneath
shelves and around edges.• Although rinsing is not necessary, you can rinse the floor
with clean water if you wish to.• Allow the floor to dry completely before using another care
agent.

Routine cleaning Routine cleaning
Products• StoDivers UR: streak-free cleaning thanks to neutral formula-
tion. Suitable for floor slabs indoors and outdoors. Low-foam-ing setting makes it particularly suitable for use in scrubbing machines. Can also be used manually. Particularly effective on StoCretec floor coating systems to which StoDivers P 105, StoDivers P 110 or StoDivers P 120 have been applied.
Application• Start by sweeping away or vacuuming up loose dirt.• For stubborn soiling, apply the cleaning solution directly to the
floor and allow it to react for 5 minutes before commencing with actual cleaning.
• Add a dose of the neutral cleaner StoDivers UR to a pail filled with cold water. See the latest Technical Data Sheet for the mixing ratio (go to www.stocretec.de).
• For cleaning by machine, fill the clean water tank with cold water and add a dose of StoDivers UR. See the latest Technical Data Sheet for the mixing ratio (go to www.stocretec.de).
• For dissipative systems, add 5 % StoDivers P 110.• Clean the floor by wet wiping with a clean mop once or twice
or go over the area to be cleaned with a scrubber dryer.

Maintaining valueCareful and regular care and maintenance will protect the floor and make a decisive contribution to maintaining the value of the building. It will ensure that the floor retains its high-quality appearance in the long term and significantly extend its useful life. A methodical approach to floor care and maintenance is worthwhile and will help to cut costs in the long term.
Preventative measures• Installing adequately dimensioned clean-off zones reduces the
amount of dirt brought into the building from outside.• During construction work, use a cover (Sto Härdi Pavisave pro-
tective fabric or Sto overlaminated masking fabric, for example) to protect freshly hardened floor coatings.
• Mechanical stress caused by sharp-edged objects such as table and chair legs, for example, can damage the surface of the coating. Therefore, we recommend using suitable plastic floor guides.
• Regular cleaning of the floor and the clean-off zone will also prevent the build-up of harmful dirt and the associated abrasive effect on the floor.
Care agents
Protection taskCare after cleaning provides basic protection for the floor. Care agents are applied to provide sustainable protection for the surface against mechanical stress and to make ongoing routine cleaning easier. Thorough floor care pays off: it repels dirt effectively and ensures that your floor continues to look good, as well as provid-ing lasting and durable protection for its coating. This additional protective film can be applied to brand new floors immediately after cleaning on completion of production work.

Care agents
General informationAll StoCretec care products can be applied to dry and clean epoxy resin-based or polyurethane resin-based floors once coatings have been applied, after cleaning on completion of construction work or following deep cleaning.
• High temperatures, direct solar radiation and draughts should be avoided during application, otherwise the product will dry too quickly and there will be a risk of streaking.
• Do not dilute or mix with other substances.• It is essential that drying times between individual application
cycles are adhered to.• To avoid the care agent drying out in the mop, rinse the mop
well in water in between application cycles.
NoteCare agents should be applied on completion of application of coating (no sooner than 48 hours after the coating has been applied) at 23 °C and 50 % rel. humidity.

Care agents
Application• Shake StoCretec care agents well before use.• Pour the care agent onto a dry floor in small amounts.
See the latest Technical Data Sheet for quantities (go to www.stocretec.de).
• Immediately after applying the care agent, use a slightly damp flat mop to spread the care treatment evenly, working in strokes 1–1.5 m wide. The strips should overlap slightly while still damp.
• Work quickly and do not wipe where the film has become surface-dry.
• Leave the care agent to dry well (at least 30 minutes) and do not walk on it during the drying time. The drying time depends on the humidity and the temperature.
• When applying a second layer of care agent, always work crossways to the direction of the first application.
• StoDivers P 105 and StoDivers P 110 can be polished after approx. 12 hours at high speed using a white pad at approx. 800-900 rpm. This has the effect of compacting and makes the film more resistant to abrasion. The dissipative care agent StoDivers P 110 in particular is designed to provide a hard-wearing protective coating.
