Overview• EFC and DEC offering grants to help

municipalities pay for an engineering report for their wastewater treatment facility.

• Up to $30,000 per award• 20% local match required

Applicant Eligibility Requirements

• Must be a municipality; AND

• Have a municipal population of less than 30,000; AND

• Have a municipal median household income (MHI) of equal to or less than $55,000

Project Funding• Grant awards will be made in two payments:

1. 50% of grant amount upon execution of grant agreement;

2. Remaining 50% when engineering report has approved by EFC and DEC.
