ARCHITECTURE: ENCLOSURES
Clean Room construction through the installation of enclosures made up of sandwich panels, doors and health finishing profiles.
The enclosures built in sandwich panels provide the installation with flexibility, by means of our modular constructive system, enabling the distribution of the different areas as needed.

Sandwich panels may have different finishes, both interior and exterior, depending on the materials and requirements of each customer.

Made with sandwich panel, they may be passable or not practicable and, in both cases, you can make reticulated roofs, continuous roofs or registrable modular system with concealed profile.

Doors designed for clean rooms, made with sandwich panel and exterior finish of phenolic resin or sheet metal.
Well skimmed doors with aluminium frame or straight frame of resin compact, to be integrated into the enclosure.
Single-leaf doors, double-leaf and sliding doors of various sizes and optional elements to include, such as: peephole, locks, access control, lower weather strip, door closers or retainer arm and crash bars.

AIR TREATMENT: HVAC SYSTEM
HVAC system (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning). In each project the environmental requirements of the classified areas are defined, controlling the parameters of temperature, humidity, pressure and classification of rooms.
Definition and development of air treatment systems in areas where specific environmental parameters, temperature control and humidity control are required.
We design Clean Rooms fulfilling environmental conditions and ensuring the classification of the rooms according to current regulations.

HVAC system
Mains of air impeller and air return conduits with rectangular or circular section, in steel sheet metal and thermally insulated, sized for the air supply in each area.
Diffusion terminal elements (such as diffusers and terminal filtration boxes) and return elements (screens and filters), and all the auxiliary equipment required for classified air and air-conditioned circulation.

ELECTRICITY AND LIGHTING SYSTEM
We develop all the electric installation of Clean Rooms, by means of a previous design of the needs of each project.
We do the lighting study recommended to Clean Room applications, using isolux diagrams for each room and adjusting the number and types of light fixtures to include according to the design engineering.
The light fittings are specially designed for white rooms, being perfectly integrated into the whole enclosure.

REGULATION AND CONTROL SYSTEM
We provide you with the design of a system of regulation and control of the facility in order to control the elements of the air treatment system, specific to each area.
Regulation and control system in the control board. It has the necessary elements to control the air handling system, specific to each application.
Centralized control by PLC, directly connected to the monitoring means to supervise and record all items included in the installation.

QUALIFICATION AND VALIDATION SERVICES
We provide Qualification and Validation services of the facilities, performing the exhaustive tests according to ISO standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) of the Pharmaceutical Industry, GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and FDA (Food and Drug Administration).
