Problem/Opportunity Statement

The CLC aims to utilize the opening of its new facility, along with the celebration of its

upcoming 40th anniversary, to present itself to the community of Starkville and enhance its

reputation as a faith-based, educational institution and to increase enrollment in the

Pre-K program within the next year.

Goals

Goal 1:To revamp the current image of the CLC held by its target publics by March 2016

Goal 2:To enhance the reputation of the CLC’s Pre-K

program by its next enrollment period – March 2016

Goal 3:To expand the CLC’s online presence in order to

better reach its target publics by August 2015
