There was one call about loose cattle on the highway.

Saturday, Dec. 19, 20150628 A female caller stated

she hit a deer past the first bridge on Hwy. 2 west. She was driving a 2006 silver Mercury Milan. A male called in at 0634 reporting the same and that the deer was dead in the eastbound driving lane and was just west of the bowling alley.

0831 A male walked in to re-port he found a piece of luggage on Hwy. 24 north between MM 7 and 8. It was a teal bag with a pull handle and wheels, contain-ing clothing items for a petite female. The owner picked it up that night.

0856 A male caller reported an accident at the Milk River Bridge on Hwy. 24 south. He said the vehicle was off the road and on his approach. He said they got all the debris off the roadway and the driver had a scrape on his head. The driver declined an ambu-lance. MHP was notified.

1646 A male caller advised a transit bus just ran a stop sign and cut him off almost causing an accident. He said the bus left the Transit building, went down by Markle’s, circled back by the Driver Examiner’s Office and then went back to the Transit building. The caller was willing to write out a statement if needed. He also gave the plate number on the bus.

0812 A female needed help looking for her intoxicated sis-ter. She said she talked to her two hours ago when her sister was walking home on BIA Rt. 1 from the Pump Plant. She said her sister’s friends left her sister there, so she started walking, and now she is unable to find her and the sister won’t answer her phone. The missing sister is tall, heavyset with black hair and wearing a black jacket and dark jeans. A deputy called back at 0853 to say they found her. She is fine and had stopped off at someone’s house.

1124 A male caller wanted to report an assault. He said his fiancé’s mom pushed her to the ground. A female could be heard yelling in the background. The caller said there were no injuries or weapons at this time.

1633 A male caller who lived on Kilt Dr. wanted to know what the rules were for snowmobiles on that street. He said they tear around on it like it was a race-track. Yesterday there were 12 to 15 snowmobiles. Today there aren’t as many, but they are go-ing just as fast. He said with the fog someone is going to get hurt. A deputy went to the scene and reported all the drivers were li-censed and were advised to obey all traffic laws.

1718 A female caller said a black man from Billings was threatening her sister and brother with a gun. She gave the name of the people’s residence, but didn’t know the address. She called this dispatch because Tribal won’t do

anything about it. Later, dispatch spoke with the caller and she said the suspect left the first address he was at and is now at a lady’s residence on Jo Butch Ave. She doesn’t know if he actually had a gun or if he was just threatening to get one and use it on them. She said her sister had just called and asked her to call the cops. The subject is clear for wants, but is a respondent in a protection order that qualifies him to not be allowed to possess or receive firearms. Deputies are going to advise the subject he is not wel-come back at this house. There were no arrests at this time.

Monday, Dec. 21, 20151229 A female caller reported

someone opened the gate at a neighbor’s yard and let all the dogs out. They are still missing two pit bulls, a pregnant female (brown and white) and a cham-pagne tri-pit bull, a six-month old male. The caller called back at 1348 and said they found the last two pit bulls that were missing.

1251 A male needed a VIN inspection, he thinks. PD asked him to go see the Treasurer’s Office and call back when he had the proper paperwork filled out. He never called, so the incident is closed.

1703 A motor vehicle stop was initiated on 10th Ave. N. by Quick-N-Tasty. The officer requested someone to assist him for a possible DUI. The female driver was charged with DUI, al-cohol or drugs, open container in
