Supplied in one metre lengths in a choice of 3 (interconnecting) heights, 75, 100 and 125mm (3”, 4” and 5”) and in 2 thicknesses, 1.6 or 2.5mm. The spike length is 94mm on all sizes. For longer lengths see EverEdge ProEdge.

The edging is quick and easy to install using a wooden/rubber/plastic wallet. The sections overlap by 6% and interlock. This edging is very flexible, and is curved on site to any radius or bent easily to any angle. Install the top of the edging to soil level. No extra parts are required.

EverEdge Classic is strong enough to take a ride-on mower or light vehicle. We recommend using the 2.5mm edging alongside driveways or areas of heavier use.

Sold in packs of five 1 metre lengths, EverEdge Classic comes galvanised and powder coated dark brown as standard, unless otherwise stated.

EverEdge Classic overlaps and interlocks, please remember to add 6% to your actual linear requirement.

ProEdge

Typical Usage

ProEdge is 2.5 metres long and 2.5 mm thick, and comes in interchangeable heights of 75, 100, 125 and 150mm. The spike lengths are 100mm.

Interlocking lengths of edging are installed using a wooden/ rubber/plastic mallet. ProEdge is quick and easy to install. The edging curves and also bends easily to any required angle. The 15 concave spikes per length fix the edging securely. In loose or stony ground, the “Pin and Sleeve” accessory may be required. (Spot) concrete haunching can be used if necessary.

ProEdge is used against all surfaces including: (hot) asphalt, stone, gravel, rubberised or resin bonded surfaces, brick and grass.

Titan

Specify Everedge Titan where a robust deeper edging is demanded on commercial projects.Titan comes in a range of depths and thicknesses (see chart below). The sections are bolted together over a joggled end using 8mm colour matched carriage bolts. The sections are secured using 10mm high-tensile pins inserted through 5 lugs welded to the rear at approx 500mm centres.

Concrete haunching is optional. Flexibility will vary with size. Titan is available in mild (natural weathering) steel, hot-dip galvanised, galvanised & powder coated, and Cor-Ten® steel. Aluminium Titan is available on request.

To compensate for the section overlap, please add 2% to the linear measurement

Garden Rings

EverEdge garden rings are pre-rolled for ease of installation. Long lasting and maintenance free, these rings will save countless hours of tedious edging

Typical Usage

A ring is made up of either two or three pre-rolled 1 metre x 1.6mm pieces, creating either a 600 or 900mm diameter ring. Installation is quick and simple. With concave teeth, and by being bolted together, the rings are held securely in the ground. The rings can easily take the weight of a ride-on tractor lawnmower.

For larger circles, use EverEdge Classic or ProEdge edging and curve it (easily) on site.

EverEdge Garden Rings are manufactured in the UK from galvanised steel and then powder coated to blend in with any landscape.

Heavy Duty rings in 4mm are available to order. We also custom make heavy duty rings to any size (see Custom Edging page). Please ask for details.

Easybed is a quick and easy self-assembly raised bed kit.

The EverEdge EasyBed is galvanised and powder coated for durability. Each panel is approximately 1 metre* long, 200mm high, and 2mm thick. EasyBed has a rolled rim for further strength. The hinged corner/linkage system is held with 10mm diameter pins which also hold the bed in place (can be cut if beds are installed on a hard surface).

*Actual size 980mm.

The hinged corners allow for a variety of different shaped beds to be built.

If required, each kit can be supplied with a free flexible plastic net-ting frame (net not included) that sits neatly in the hinge system.

General Information


The optional Pin & Sleeve support consists of a recycled plastic sleeve that fits the Classic and ProEdge spikes, and through the back of which a 10mm steel rebar is inserted.

A cost-effective and more conveni-ent option to concrete haunching. Use in very poor soil conditions, steep gradients, stony (eg sub base) conditions, or when rolling wearing surface.

A selection of metals are available on the Custom, Titan and Atlas range of products:- Mild steel, Galvanised, Cor-Ten® and Aluminium. Stainless steel is also available on request.

EverEdge Classic and ProEdge are manufactured from galvanised mild steel and are then polyester powder coated.

Which size do I use?Consider the height of the upstand required, soil conditions, construction method, and expected wear & tear. EverEdge heights are interchangeable.

How flexible is EverEdge?This will depend on the thickness, the height and the length of the edging. For the most part, it is all very flexible up to 2.5mm thickness, bending to any curve, and can be bent easily to 90 degrees.

How do you roll asphalt up to the edging?Common sense must prevail. Use temporary wooden pegs or consider using the Pin & Sleeve accessory.

Soft groundPlace a flat stone or brick-end under each joint to help prevent the edging from cutting down into the ground

Hard ground?Loosen soil with a pick axe, or drill out spike holes if necessary. Compact soil afterwards. Pin & Sleeve supports may be required

Is concrete haunching necessary?Usually not, but ground conditions and expected wear & tear must be considered.

How long does EverEdge last?EverEdge has a minimum 20 micron galvanised coating, with a heavy plastic coating (50-70 microns), so it is expected to last an absolute minimum of 15 years under normal conditions.

How do you cut EverEdge products?The smaller edgings can be cut with a hacksaw, otherwise use an angle grinder. Use metal primer on cut edge.
