About Custom Brand Footwear and T.B. PHELPS™ …

OUR NEW NAME – T.B. PHELPS™Custom Brand Footwear has been distributing a broad range of high quality footwear styles since 1998. That tradition continues as we are proud to become T.B.PHELPS™, the home of Classic American Style footwear and accessories.

OUR QUALITYOur shoes are made in the finest footwear factories located in North and Central America. Most of our shoes are made using “genuine hand-sewn” construction and given time to properly mold to the “last”. This assures consistent fit and long lasting wear. Using the best leathers and components available, we provide our dealers with footwear that satisfies even the most discriminating customer.

OUR CUSTOM PROGRAMCustom Brand Footwear/ T.B. PHELPS™ maintains In-Stock inventories and can customize our shoes to maximize each store’s exclusivity. For a nominal set-up charge, we take your store logo or brand and create a laser “heat-stamp” that we apply to the leather insoles of the shoes. There is no minimum pairage for stamping logos on insoles.

HISTORY OF T.B. PHELPS™T.B.PHELPS™ carries on the tradition started by my uncle, William James Phelps, who, in 1938 created PHELPS Leather Goods. The PHELPS brand was known for their unique and high quality belts and bags made in their Joanna Furnace, Pennsylvania factory. They were best known for creating the original women’s leather messenger bag used by the US Army during WW II.

Today, T.B.PHELPS™ carries on the same commitment to quality and design with our handcrafted footwear and accessories.

FRESH IDEAS AND PRODUCTSFor 2016, T.B.PHELPS has 8 new cowhide and 4 new bison shoe styles. In addition, we are introducing 14 new accessories styles, including belts, wallets and bags to complement our footwear. All new styles are marked with a star. H We are committed to bringing fresh styles every season. Footwear and accessories will be fully coordinated with matching colors and styles. This creates better opportunities for you, our customer, to create add-on sales.

AMERICAN QUALITYWe support both American made and sustainable global production. Most of our leathers are 100% American grown, and much of our production comes from own USA factory located in Haverhill, Massachusetts. We work closely with our global partner factories as well, in order to create outstanding quality products for our customers.
