DearFriends,Wearegettingsettledin,sortof.BakerCityChristianChurchisaverycaringbodyofbelievers–justnotexactlythesamecongregationwearesousedtoworshippingwitheverySunday.Wehaveawonderfulgroupofneighborsonourdeadendroad.OnecameonhisJohnDeeretractor,introducedhimselfas“Bill”andtoldushehadcometobladeoutourdriveway.Beforeitsnowedanothercouplestoppedtointroducethemselvesastheycamebyontheirdailywalk.Twootherladiesstoppedontheirwayby–eachtodropoffaplateofcookies.Anotherladystoppedbytoinviteustoattendaneveningneighborhoodsupperget-together.Andanothermanwholivesbytheairportbutfarmsthegroundacrosstheroadfromourhousestoppedintointroducehimself(withaplateofgoodies).OfcourseweenjoyseeingBoydandFrancesPerryagain.TheybothcameoutalongwithJessieWhitford(theBakerCityChristianChurchMinister)tohelpoursonunloadatrailerloadofthingsfromourformerValeplaceaswellasthePelletStovewepurchased.Ourhousehere(about3milesoutoftown)hasceilingheat.HaveaverymeaningfulChristmasthisyear,aswellasmanyblessingsinthecomingyear!Andifyoufeellikedoingsometravellingcomelookusup!Love, 42613NyeRd.Bob&Jeanette BakerCity,OR97814 Phone:541-523-5060
