GENERAL GUIDELINES

▪ There will be a total of 30 questions in the Prelims.

▪ Each question will be presented individually for a

period of 15 seconds.

▪ The participants have to enter the correct answer

for the respective question in the Google form that

will be provided.

▪ The answer should be written in lowercase letters

with no space in between. For example:

If the answer to a question is Internet Explorer then

in the form it will be entered as ‘internetexplorer’

▪ Some questions might have multiple answers. In

such questions, all possible correct answers will be

marked correct.

▪ There is no negative marking.

Decision of the Quiz master will be final and binding.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

•This is an online cryptic hunt.

▪Answers should be in lowercase and without

spaces.

•The hunt will go live on October 7, 2021 ,

2359 hrs onwards and will end on

October 8, 2021 at 2359 hrs.

•The participant at the top of the leader board at

the end of the hunt will be declared the winner.

•Participants found using unfair means, including

but not limited to cookie reading etc., will be

disqualified immediately.

•There can be only one winner.

•Clues and answers will be released on our

Discord server.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

▪ Participants will be provided with a minimum of 4 stems

along with the key and bpm of the stems given.

▪Participants have to create a mix of the stems using only

stock/default plug-ins and audio files.

▪Violation of any rule will lead to immediate disqualification.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

▪ Participants have to create a working Task-Oriented

model from ONE of the given categories:

1. Surveillance System

2. Home Automation

PRELIMS:

▪ Teams have to create a video of their working model.

▪Teams have to upload the video on Google Drive and

attach the link in the Google form.

▪The original code script and the general information

about the project also needs to be attached.

▪The submissions need to be made by 1/10/21.

ROBOCON

FINALS

▪The qualified teams will have to give a live demo and

explanation of their working model.

▪THE ACCEPTED DEVELOPMENT BOARDS ARE:

Arduino , Raspberry pi , Microbit and Jetson nano

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND PROCESS :

▪The duration of the video should not exceed

4 minutes .

▪ Accepted formats are : .mp4 , .avi.

▪Format of the text documents attached should be : .txt ,

.pdf , .doc , .docx , .ord.

▪Participants will create a folder consisting of all three

files (video, code script and general info.).

GENERAL GUIDELINES

▪The contest will be hosted on Hacker Rank.

▪PRELIMS will be held on 8th OCTOBER 2021.

▪The contest comprises of 10 questions for

the PRELIMS and 6 questions for the FINALS with varying

difficulty levels.

▪All the necessary instructions and points will be

specified along with the question.

▪Each question has points allocated to it. Get all the test

cases right to score maximum points.▪Top 6 teams will qualify for the FINALS which will be held on

9th OCTOBER 2021.

▪Results of PRELIMS will be posted within a few hours of

completion.

▪If in case 2 or more teams have the same points, the leader

board will be adjusted according to the aggregate time taken by

the teams to complete the challenges.

SENIOR PROGRAMMING

▪Each programming question must be

answered using Python with the help of the on-

screen editor provided. Avoid creating a

source code on your system and uploading it

on the website.

▪Each team can submit the code multiple

times, however only the last submitted code

will be considered for evaluation.

▪Participating Teams can be asked to explain

their code at any point during the

competition.

▪In case the participants are caught copying

from the internet or cheating by any means, it

would lead to immediate disqualification of the

team.

Topic: A website for an ONLINE CODING BOOT CAMP that

you are hosting.

Software : HTML, CSS, JavaScript along with external

libraries or dependencies.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

▪The website can have a maximum of 5 webpages.

▪Use of templates is not allowed.

▪The participants have to present their website to the

judges in the final round.

▪FINALS: Finalists will present and explain their

websites to the judges, and can be questioned about it.

SUBMISSION : A ZIP/RAR file of the code is to be

uploaded in the corresponding Google form by 1st

▪6 participants will qualify for the Final Round which will

be a Group Discussion.

Teams allowed per school: 1

GENERAL GUIDELINES

• All participants need to join the discord server for

live-communication purposes.

• Any form of cheating would lead to immediate

disqualification of the team.

• All players will be monitored from the server as well

as individually spectated.

•Each team will be registered in their leader's name.

• Players should have a strong and consistent internet

connection. Excuses like lag will not be considered.

▪ Since INCOGNITO is an online event, participants will

use their own equipment. We will NOT be responsible for

faulty software or hardware in any way.

▪FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis, only first 24 schools

that register can participate.

OVERCLOCKED

BRAWLHALLA (Prelims):

▪4 players from each team will play against the team in

the bracket.

▪The winning teams continue in the bracket and the

losing team will be eliminated.

VALORANT (Finals):

▪The participants must have good internet connection

and Valorant pre-installed. No excuses will be

entertained.

▪The qualified teams would be arranged in the

appropriate bracket .

▪The map and attacking/defending side would be

decided by a toss done on call by the moderator in the

presence of captains of both teams.

▪ The whole game will be spectated by the moderators.

▪No second chance will be offered to the eliminated

teams.

Theme- Something that you find boring

Assemble the objects or items that look boring in

your daily life and make them look interesting

through photography.

OR

Best out of waste- Use the recyclable items in the

best way to click the picture in a flat lay manner.

(You can select any of the two themes given above.)

GENERAL GUIDELINES

▪The participant has to submit one raw picture

(self-clicked) and one ‘behind the scenes’ picture of

the theme that has been selected.

▪All entries must be original work produced by the

participants (unpublished).

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Topic: Best out of E –Waste “Regard before you disregard”

GENERAL GUIDELINES

•Participants are required to create something useful out of E-waste

and record a video explaining their creation.

•Participants should show their creation in the video while

speaking.

•The video should not exceed the time limit of 2 minutes. Points will be

deducted for exceeding the time limit.

•No video editing allowed.

•Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

•The video should be named as-“ school name and event name” eg:-

“Somerville_school_noida_SHOWNTELL”.

•Late entries and multiple entries will not be accommodated. Only the

first entry will be considered in case of multiple entries.

SUBMISSION: Video needs to be submitted (.mp4) in the Google form

GENERAL GUIDELINES▪Schools should report by 9:45 A.M. on the virtual platform, on the day

of live events, through the links which will be provided later in the

Discord Server.

•If any student is found guilty of using unfair means, his/her school

will be disqualified from that particular event.

•Website will go LIVE on 15th September 2021.

•Registrations will be open ONLY on our website ,

www.thevoidclub.in from 15th to 30th September 2021.

•The last date for submission for all Prelims/Non-Live events is

1st October 2021.

•All submissions need to be made in the respective Google Forms in

the following format: SchoolName_EventName.

For example: “SomervilleschoolNoida_DJ-Mixing”

•A student cannot participate in more than one event on the same day.

The VIRTUAL OPENING CEREMONY will be held on 8th October 2021 at 9:00 A.M.
