CLASS-PRE-PRIMARYMONTHLY GUIDELINES FOR

APRIL & MAY 2017-2018

Dear Parent

Heartiest welcome to the session 2017 -18

Kindergarten is the first formal educational framework to which children are exposed, and it is here they

develop the attitudes that will affect their integration into the education system where they will spend much

of their time in the coming years. This stage is a crucial one for the wholesome development of the child as

it is well said that if roots are strong, the edifice is strong.

The School is committed to provide a positive learning environment which recognizes the uniqueness of all

children and enables them to realize their full academic, moral, physical and social potential, thereby

producing happy, confident children equipped to take their rightful place in society as well balanced,

responsible and independent adults. We aim to achieve excellence in education. Our School’s peaceful and

well-secured grounds, together with our team of dedicated teachers, provide a safe and caring learning

environment for our young learners. It has a provision of different activities which leave an everlasting

impact on the minds of the children while learning.

This session the school is adding two new initiatives in the curriculum i.e. Internationalism and Pretend play

to broaden the horizons of young learners. Exhibitions, projects, celebrations, video shows will be conducted

to spread International awareness about various International countries. In pretend play we will be

connecting all sorts of development i.e language, mathematical, creative skills etc. to inculcate collaborative

learning. Children will take part in role play related to topic through discussion, watching video, enactment,

role play.

Since the parents and teachers together constitute the strong bond, so communication becomes imperative

and for this, the school releases monthly guidelines for the parents to become active partners in the

development of their ward.

We strongly believe that this session is going to be a wonderful session with the smart and adventurous kids

who are going to have the best of learning time. It is a humble request to all the parents to kindly go through

the planned learning schedule for the month April -May
