GROOVY KIDDIE “Going to School” (18 months - 3 years old)Groovy Kiddie “Going to School” is a stimulation class for early childhood kids. This activity aims to stimulate the five senses and sensomotoric developments. Children are encouraged to observe their surroundings through sing along, sensory play, making crafts and listening to stories. This time, we will take School Environment as the theme to let the children know everything about school and its surroundings. You can choose to join one, two, three, or five sessions. SCIENCE CLUB (4 - 8 years old)Summer Club’s favorite class is here! Science Club will take the participants to join the wonderful world of Math & Science. Learn the concept of science and scientific design thinking. Conduct scientific experiment, create DIY tools, and research everyday phenomenons in nature by using everyday household items and materials. STORY TO STAGE (5 - 9 years old)Another favorite class in Summer Club! After successful performance of “Beruang dan Burung Wren” last year, Story to Stage class this year will bring Clara Ng’s “Dari Negeri Seberang” to live. Participants will learn to prepare a show based on an Indonesian storybook. They will read, prepare the scenario, design costumes and play properties, learn to act, and present a show in front of audience of Summer Club. DAPUR INDONESIA (7 - 12 years old)Introduce your children to Indonesian culture through this class. Dapur Indonesia aims to introduce Indonesian heritage spices to children. Participants will learn the history, shape, smell, and the flavour of Indonesian spices through reading, watching videos, and cooking. They will also learn some festivities, traditions, or indigenous practices related to the spices to cultivate the love for Indonesia. CRAFT CAMP “Fun with Nail Polish” (5 - 12 years old)Do you know that nail polish is not only for your nails? Let our experienced and creative crafters at the Craft Camp show you what they’re capable of! KIDS CAN COOK by KEKOCI Everybody can cook including YOU! Kids Can Cook, another Summer Club’s favorite class is back to get children learning to cook their own meals. Learn various ingredients, cooking utensils, and simple recipes that can be done at home. Simple, nutritious, and delicious! Whether that is working with a ball or any other equipment, the practice will improve children’s balance, coordination, reaction, etc. The aim here is for the children’s muscle to be use to movements (running, kicking, throwing) that will later be used once children are older. Variations of drills will be around passing, dribbling, touching, throwing, heading etc. Socializing and Communicating All the drills in this category will practice their communication skills and building friendships with other children. Talking to parents, coaches, singing Education The education part of the sessions are introduce for children to develop their behavioral part as individuals. It is taught for children to have an early start on being discipline and be familiar with numbers, letters and colours.
