Class 6Class activity: each faction will write three

questions for the chapter they are assigned to from the text.

• One question will be about a character from the chapter. It should be an in-depth question that asks something important about the character.

• Another question should require a close reading of the chapter and ask the next group to find evidence from the text.

• The third question should be an inference question, something that can only be answered by guessing and inference.

Homework

Essays will be due in one week.

Due next class, read chapters 17-20 (p. 209-260). Do vocabulary in the workbook for those chapters.

Write a list of favorite toys and games from your childhood.
