All students are advised to devote maximum time to their studies, keeping in mind the

below given school policy apropos of the preparation programme and subsequently the regular

candidature for the S.S.C. (Secondary School Certificate) Examination which is to be conducted by

the respective Education Board.

(A) Percentage in Periodic Assessments of First Phase = 3 times

(B) Percentage in Periodic Assessments of Second Phase = 1 time

(C) Percentage in Comprehensive Test = 4 times

(D) Percentage in Periodic Assessments of Third Phase = 2 times

(E) Percentage in Selection Test = 10 times

Selection Criterion: A × 3 + B × 1 + C × 4 + D x 2 + E x 10 SELECTION FOR THE SPECIAL CLASSES

A student has to get through all the eight subjects by securing at least 50% marks

in each.

All students who get 85%+ marks are selected for special classes

arranged in the evening session.

REGULAR CANDIDATURE for the S.S.C. EXAMINATION

Accumulative result in Tests (Periodic Assessments + Comprehensive + Selection Test) of

each subject has to be at least 50%

On missing a paper, neither any by-test is conducted nor any average of marks

awarded.
