Enchantment Resort Employee Housing

Affordable housing for

employees who are relocating,

temporary or otherwise in need

of short term accommodations.

Bedrooms typically include 2 twin beds, a side table and lamp

Bathroom includes shower/tub, toilet and sink

Kitchen includes basic cooking and eating utensils as well as a microwave. The attached dining area features a table and four chairs

The living room typically includes a couch, chair, coffee table and television with basic cable

Downstairs half bath includes toilet and sink

Location

Bent River Apartments are located in Clarkdale, AZ just past Old Town

Cottonwood. The complex consists of 6 buildings with 4 apartments per building.

Each apartment is usually shared between either 2 or 4 roommates. You

may be placed with one or more roommates at the discretion of the

company. Roommate requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

Whole apartments may be available for

families; however, space is limited.

Furnishings

While each apartment is fully furnished, actual furnishings may vary

by unit.

4 per apartment (shared bedroom)

$7.50/day = $105.00 per biweekly pay period

2 per apartment (private bedroom)

$15.00/day = $210.00 per biweekly pay period

1 per apartment (whole unit)

$30.00/day = $420.00 per biweekly pay period

Deposits/fees (due at move in; can be split over multiple pay periods)

$100 nonrefundable maintenance fee

$150 deposit refundable at move out

All utilities (water, electric, trash, basic cable TV and wireless internet service) are included.

All expenses are paid through payroll deduction - no up front costs or cash required.

Cost Amenities

We offer a free shuttle to and from the apartments on a daily basis.

Shuttle times vary based on the time of year. Please contact HR for the

current shuttle schedule.

The onsite pool is open seasonally, typically between the months of

March and October. Pool hours are 8:00AM - 8:00PM.
